Club Rules

Fénix Club was created to facilitate coexistence between swinger couples in a relaxing and sensual environment.

Swinging has its natural rules, but there are some basic operating rules at the Fénix Club so that interaction between members is as pleasant as possible.

01 - The main rule of the house is that no one is forced to do anything. Couples do whatever they want and whatever is allowed by the Club rules. Entertainment takes place according to the couples’ agreement.

They can just come to dance and drink like in a regular club or bar.

02 - Participation in shows or games is the sole decision of the couples, as no one is obligated to do absolutely anything!

03 - What we will guarantee to couples is what we will demand. Total respect for space and people!

04 - When playing, women must always have their wishes respected, as they are the ones who dictate the rhythm of the games, with the intensity of the contacts being their responsibility when they occur.

Striptease should be encouraged and seen only with the eyes, not the hands, unless she or he invites it.

05th - Access to private spaces must be respected, an area only permitted for couples... and for singles if they have been invited to do so. Visitors should always respect a no as a NO!

06th - To prevent accidents with broken glass and fire, it will not be permitted to take glasses, glass bottles or smoke in private spaces.

07th - We are not responsible for objects left in the club spaces, for your safety ask reception to store your belongings.

08 - The use of any image or audio capture device (cameras, cameras, microphones, cell phones, etc.) is prohibited. We allow attendees to take photos of themselves, but in a previously agreed environment, so that others are not captured in the photos and always with the consent of those present.

09 - The management reserves the right to limit the number of attendees so that there is no overcrowding.

10th - The use or possession of drugs within the space is not permitted, as is excess alcohol that may disturb those who frequent the space and couples who show external signs of drunkenness or drug use are not permitted entry.

11th - The club is intended for socializing between swinger couples, male and female singles, on specific days where nude scenes or explicit sex may occur and everyone who plans to visit the space is aware of this fact.

12th - No one can be forced to do something that is not their will, having the right to say NO, which must be respected as the duty to accept that same NO without insistence (disrespect for this rule leads to immediate expulsion from within the space).

13th - Disagreements between members of the same couple or between couples and/or singles are not tolerated within the space or in the surrounding area (disrespect for this rule leads to expulsion as well as a ban on returning to the space).

14th - The lack of respect for the freedom of choice of each couple or single person will not be tolerated.

15th - Weapons are not allowed inside the club.

What to wear?
As it is a liberal club, we leave couples comfortable when it comes to clothes. Dress as comfortably as possible (but without losing your elegance). Everyone comes in whatever way they feel comfortable, sensual attire is the most recommended, but it is not mandatory. Women who feel comfortable in more daring and provocative clothes, super cleavage, transparent clothes, micro skirts, erotic costumes, lingerie, feel free to do so. We encourage this attitude.

If it is convenient for you, leave the house dressed in well-behaved clothes and change at our facilities and change again later to leave. Avoid wearing jewelry as much as possible, as for obvious reasons, the loss of these objects, due to the activity itself, is very common.
